Job Summary
We're seeking a licensed Professional Surveyor to join our growing team as a Survey Project Manager. In this role, you'll lead a variety of land surveying projects from start to finish, manage field crews, and serve as the primary client contact. Responsibilities
Manage multiple surveying projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Lead field surveys and oversee data collection, processing, and analysis
Use advanced equipment (GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, 3D laser scanners)
Apply AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, and Trimble Business Center software
Conduct boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, and as-built surveys
Supervise and mentor field crews and survey technicians
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality standards
Promote safety and uphold KS Associates' Health and Safety Plan
Qualifications
Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PS) license in Ohio (required)
Bachelor's degree in Surveying and Mapping, Civil Engineering, or related field
7-10 years of progressive experience in land surveying project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads
Experience with Trimble software and surveying equipment
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
