Key Responsibilities:
Upload and download electronic meter reading files as needed.
Provide courteous and efficient service to customers and employees, explaining policies, handling complaints, and resolving discrepancies.
Receive and process cash, checks, credit card, and electronic payments for utility bills, deposits, and merchandise; prepare daily deposits and electronic ACH files; reconcile cash receipts.
Compare, check, and verify data with speed and accuracy to identify errors.
Answer incoming telephone and radio calls; assist customers with billing and service questions.
Enter Accounts Receivable invoices and credit memos into the system; print and review reports, statements, and prepare mailings.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified Radiologist (MD) to provide teleradiology services for a healthcare facility in West Virginia. The Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic images remotely via secure platforms, contributing to timely and accurate patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret a wide range of imaging studies including but not limited to:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience with telemedicine or remote radiology services
Familiarity with state-run or correctional facility healthcare systems
Availability to provide stat reads or off-hour support
Subspecialty training (e.g., Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Pediatric) is a plus

The Manager Regional - Safety is responsible for ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations within the assigned service area for Quality Carriers, Inc. * Review pending and upcoming changes to federal and state DOT regulations to ensure the company is prepared for future compliance requirements.
* Monitoring and addressing events captured on events recorders installed across the fleet.
* Implement, manage and monitor safety initiatives to promote a safe working environment.
* Candidate will have complete responsibility for safety inspections, DOT compliance, safety meetings, driver meetings, accident investigations and other safety related duties.
* Conduct ongoing safety audits, operations, equipment and processes to ensure compliance of Corporate Safety and governmental state and DOT policies and regulations.
* Help and insure compliance with doing inspections of company, affiliate and independent contractor's equipment.

Required Skills/Abilities:
* Understand and have complete comprehension of all applicable state and federal DOT regulations.
* Have a vast knowledge of Hours of Service rules and regulations.
* Working knowledge of CSA and corrective methods to maintain compliance.

Responsibilities: POSITION SUMMARY: The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Journey Traveler must be able to travel nationwide for 13 week assignments. This position provides flexibility to travel the country and work in various settings. On assignment the SLP organizes and provides speech-language services for the location to facilitate rehabilitation. They direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Also, the Speech Language Pathologist facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing, to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. They direct activities to promote and maintain health, within the scope of practice and consistent with the Code of Ethics of the profession. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As necessary or applicable, supervision of CFYs temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services; adherence to an established plan of care, department and patient(s)' schedule, and timely documentation of services.
Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other related meetings.
Makes referrals to other disciplines, agencies in order to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.
Consults with other members of the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient.
Adapts program and/or plan of care according to the needs of the individual patient.
Promotes a safe environment and enforces the elimination of fire and safety hazards.
Orders supplies and equipment as necessary.
Cleans, maintains, identifies, and reports the need for repair of equipment, as necessary.
Puts Patient Service first, ensuring that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual's needs and rights.
Screens, examines and evaluates patients, including history, systems review, and application of appropriate tests and measures, synthesis information and interprets examination findings in order to establish a diagnosis, identify impairments, determine the predicted level of improvement and the time required to achieve it, identify precautions/contraindications and design and plan of care. The Hampton Roads Connector Partners JV (HRCP) consisting of VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Flatiron Dragados Corporate has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project - the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
The project scope across a 9-mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45' diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the end of 2027.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSABILITIES
* Testing and sampling notifications to the FDOT, OCEI, CCEI, Concessionaire, outside agencies (if applicable) as well as the subcontractors
* Witness and hold point inspection notifications to the FDOT, OCEI, CCEI, Concessionaire, outside agencies (if applicable) as well as the subcontractors.
* LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) follow up for completeness.
* Material coordination (delivery, reception, and material certifications)
* Quality representation at toolbox meetings and construction workshops
* Quality assistance on the field
* Drawing guidance with the quality staff
* Off-site quality inspections at the manufacturer's yard/shop
* Pre-fabrication and pre-activity meetings set up for major construction activities.

The Quality Control / QA Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the quality control that will assist the Quality and Environmental department. This role ensures that all construction activities comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
