I loved working here and helping people. I got to make great connections with customers and associates alike for over 2 1/2 years as an assistant manager. I had an exemplary track record at my first store, which was first year and a half. Then when moved to a new store things turned bad quick.

The downside is the management. Poor leadership in the swMO. At my last location, I experienced blackmail in text messages and and a hand written extortion letter, from my General Manager

Favorite perk was making a customer smile when they were obviously having a bad day, or shedding some new perspective to brighten their day.

I love the management on staff.

I plan on moving back to Chicago to ne closer to my family.
