Working at Kurtz Bros.

It appeared to be a "family oriented" company, or that's the ideal they wanted to present. But the management had no allegiance to any employer. Including ones that worked there the entirety of their lives.

Gossip, talking about others private information behind their backs, letting people go from jobs they have held for a long time r have worked above and beyond,, with no second thought.

That I no longer work there.

CEO who, you barely see Monty and after years he still does not know your name. He cares little for those working for him.

I can easily say no matter what attempt one would make, those in management are happy on their pedestals and do not worry about the needs or wants of others.

I didn't have to, their turn over rate is so high, they higher anybody. Even those not qualified.

It's the bare minimum when you are hired. Then you are offered raises as you perform more and more duties, you end up doing the work of 3 positions only to be let go when you meet the threshold of making to much hourly.

Not one African American, Latino, Indigious, LGBTQ, or other reflection of the population worked there during my tenure.

That I no longer have to endure working there with the type of folks that work there.
