They told me that there would be performance bonuses but never happens they also said raises are based on performance they where straight across the board increases of .25 -.50 increases as managers went on there trips to foreign country's and causes then when you complained the they would blow smoke up your butt about what they do for the work force and they do absolutely nothing special what so ever.

Management needs to be cleaned out and people put in that cares about the company and employees and get rid of the smoke and mirrors somebody that nose how to run a company.

They do not do a vary good job of representing them selves they post only when people have good to say about them if people only knew what really happens.
Taking care of the customers so they sending work our way and trying to solve there problems.
