Your Role
Legal Advice: Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
Collaboration: Partner with developers, investors, lenders, and commercial tenants to understand client objectives, provide legal advice and ensure client satisfaction.
Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and environmental assessments.
Compliance: Ensure clients adhere to all applicable real estate, title, and zoning laws/regulations.
Relationship Management: Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Five to ten years of relevant commercial real estate experience
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, expertise in real estate transactions, development and financing, and familiarity with land use and zoning compliance
Licensed: Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska

What will you do?

Coordinates, completes, and maintains various audits, and recommends changes in internal control procedures.
Manage and develop accountants at various levels in the performance of duties of this position including identifying and interviewing job candidates and initiating and recommending personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, disciplinary measures, salary adjustments, and staffing levels. Mentor and assist in the development of other Finance Department accountants and personnel. Reviews federal and state GAAP and STAT quarterly income tax provisions required for the assigned companies. Ensures temporary tax differences and related deferred tax balances and workpapers are prepared and correct.
Reviews and approves allocations of expenses to various separate insurance segments and companies. Oversees processing of cash settlements related to reinsurance contracts, cash management for certain underwriting segments, intercompany contracts and billings, and other operational activities.
Designs and implements procedures to identify and address variances. Interprets various forms of prepared variance analysis. Ensures unexpected variances are explained and errors are mitigated.
Reviews, analyzes, and interprets reinsurance contracts and other reinsurance related information and confirms interpretation and depiction against Statutory and GAAP accounting and financial reporting standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

As a Pipe Superintendent at Graham, you will:
* Understand plans and schedules; coordinate all personnel, and materials to prevent delays; complete projects according to plans and specifications on time and on budget
* Oversee 2 to 4 crews installing underground utilities (water, sewer, storm systems) and ensure projects are constructed according to approved plans and schedules
* Experience with site layout, grading/earthwork, punch list completion, and reviewing project plans to ensure construction meets specifications
* Work closely with the project team (clients, engineers, estimators/project managers, subcontractors, inspectors) and attend construction progress and scheduling meetings
* Provide leadership and direction to crews, emphasizing safety, quality, and production; ensure compliance with safety procedures and correct/document unsafe conditions
* Perform administrative tasks (daily electronic time sheet entry, equipment logs, change orders, progress photographs) and train/motivate employees
Qualifications & Experience:
* 4+ years' experience with underground utility installation for commercial land development; valid driver's license with a clean driving record

As a member of our Infrastructure group, you will provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure the successful execution of various infrastructure projects, such as: roadways, highways and interchanges; bridges and overpasses; water and wastewater treatment facilities; transmission lines; general/public transportation including airports, seaports and light rail transit lines (LRTs); and conventional and alternative power generation like wind farms and district energy facilities. About the Role:
The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for providing project management and direction for a project or portfolio of projects with annual revenues up to $50M. The individual is involved in project planning and start-up, project financials, project pre-construction, project execution and close-out, and HSE and Q, and maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
As a Sr. Project Manager at Graham, you will:
* Collaborate with Preconstruction in preparing, revising, and monitoring information regarding reports related to costs involved in developing the project budget
* Manage the subcontracting process, which includes facilitating initial scope review meetings, finalizing agreed processes, developing subcontract scopes of work, and managing the subcontract distribution and final execution process

Job Objective:
This internship will give the qualified candidate an opportunity to obtain valuable experience. Duties involve collaborating with others as well as working independently and include the following:
1. Financial Operations:
Coordinate with Finance teams to provide accounting and billing information. Communicate work procedures and information between departments and companies. Provide insight into technological improvement and data presentation.
Respond to and resolve routine billing inquiries from internal and external customers.
Complete direct bill, agency bill, premium, commission and other General Liability account reconciliations.
Audit premium billing functions to ensure accuracy and completeness of information between systems and information that is communicated to agents and policyholders.
Review/reconcile daily cash receipts and ensure proper account application process. Research, communicate and resolve routine policy transaction discrepancies.
Prepare a variety of recurring reports using standard templates, Compile information from various sources and transfer information to a meaningful form. Analyze reports to obtain specified management information and present information to relevant stakeholders.
Extract data/information from business systems and use standard templates to create and post various journal entries to support financial reporting operations.
2. Data Management:
Maintain existing automated processes that compile and store financial information within the general ledger software.
Assist the Finance team by generating requested data sets through queries and data aggregation to provide relevant and timely data to other areas of Finance.
Qualifications:
Prefer Junior or Senior class standing
Accounting or Finance major and maintain full-time course load during internship
Proficiency with personal computers and software such as Excel and Word
Excellent grammar, proofreading, and oral and written communication skills

Hours:
Flexible; generally between 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The Finance Business Analyst will work with an individual unit or various units in the Finance Department (FD) to analyze and document business functions and data flows to support process maintenance, process improvement, data quality and change management. .
This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha Nebraska. This position is NOT Eligible for employer visa sponsorship.
What will you do?
Analyze and document business processes, data-flows and uses of information technology. Evaluates performance for opportunities to increase automation, improve efficiency, and increase accuracy.
Assists in identifying potential departmental technology deficiencies and proposes technology changes to management for approval.
Collaborates with various FD personnel to implement and test new or revised business processes and/or new or enhanced internally developed software or third-party vendor purchased software.
Participates in the development and maintenance of quality assurance by researching and recommending control standards, procedures and practices to management.
Maintain knowledge of FD and Company information technology, and general information technology industry, including hardware and software changes for all information technology products used by or potentially useful to the assigned FD units.
Develops and maintains documentation of all data flows within and out of the assigned FD units, and of all systems for collecting, storing, retrieving, analyzing, utilizing and reporting information related to the assigned FD units.
