Location: 4300 Brenner Dr, Kansas City, KS Position Summary The Human Resources Manager brings strong expertise across all core HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Working under limited supervision of the Director of Human Resources, this role plays a key part in guiding leaders through performance management, investigations, and employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with KVC policies and employment law. This HR Manager will be supporting a 24/7 psychiatric residential treatment facility for children and youth, requiring sound judgment, flexibility, and the ability to effectively partner with leaders in a dynamic, around-the-clock care environment. The role demands professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of staff and leadership. Additionally, the HR Manager represents KVC in the community through recruiting efforts and assists with the development and delivery of staff training initiatives.
