Job Summary:
As a Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will provide for the physical and emotional needs of the clients assigned to your cottage and facilitate a healthy group living experience. You will also participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team in the care of clients. This position is great start to gain experience in the mental health/social services fields!
Responsibilities:
Provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients, including:
Providing meals and snacks

Monitoring medication
Intervening in crisis situations

Job Summary
The Case Manager plays a crucial role in advocating for clients and ensuring they receive all necessary services and resources as outlined in their treatment plans. This involves coordinating services efficiently and documenting their availability. The Case Manager facilitates communication among team members, both internal and external, to ensure everyone is aligned in supporting the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in crisis intervention with youth.
Arrange transportation to community appointments.
Maintain regular contact with clients and their families.
Conduct weekly meetings with youth and document interactions with agencies and parents.

Prepare information for psychiatric medication evaluations.

The Intact Supervisor position is a senior management position responsible for the overall leadership, management, and organizational development of programs and services for the Intact Program in the Springfield office. Intact Family Services Intact Family Services maintain and strengthen family units, by providing in-home services designed to prevent children from entering the foster care system. This program, works with family strengths, monitors the family dynamics, provides linkages to community resources, assists with housing or school issues, and provides information regarding child development/age-appropriate behavior and discipline as well as general case management services. Services Offered
Case management-Provide families with case managers, who monitor families weekly to ensure that the families are provided and linked with needed services.
Linkage with substances abuse treatment programs- Referrals for both inpatient and outpatient drug treatment programs are available to all family members.
In-home counseling-Program provides weekly counseling for adults, children, couples and families. Intact also refers families to out-of-home counseling within the community.
Community linkage services-Families are referred to a number of community-based services, including medical services, counseling, drug/alcohol treatment support groups, food pantries, housing, employment training, and continuing education programs.

As a Security & Safety Coach, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment for both youth and adults. Documents relevant information on each client regarding their behavior and interactions
Utilizes HRIS system to keep personal profile up to date, record PTO, source information on benefits, and stay abreast on company updates
Provides transportation for patients to visits and other appointments as needed and directed
May assist in meal preparation and laundry as needed and directed
Attends staff meeting as directed
Attends and completes all required in-service training and course work on an annual basis per agency requirements
Learns triggers and patterns of behavior for clients and uses that knowledge to mitigate escalated behaviors, thereby actively attempting to avoid the use of physical intervention
Ensures that clients have, and maintain, understanding of their current SMART goals and treatment plans
Could include duties related to the completion of drills and inspections, in compliance with TJC requirements
Conducts searches of persons and locations to locate and remove prohibited or high-risk items.
Provides relevant information to the treatment team to develop effective interventions to reduce risk of harm
