Pros of working at KVC Health Systems

Honestly none

Cons of working at KVC Health Systems

KVC is very toxic. I worked in the Nebraska location and president, directors, and supervisors all talked and gossiped about lower level employees. They never took accountability for their own downfalls and placed blame on anyone else. They endorse taking days off but then require you to make up hours and work for taking the days off, which defeats the point of taking the days off. HR paid employees to give 5 star reviews due to low ratings! HR states pay is equal to other companies but it in fact is not. When issues are brought to upper managements attention, you are called negative and instigator.
