No consistent work schedule.

Profit sharing is a big pro, most of the people were great, bakery was peacful and had least customer interaction
Management overall sucks. Lazy, playing favorites, downright disrespectful.

Some store leaders and assistant store leaders play favorites. Poor hours missing family functions poor staffing. Upper and store leaders emphasizing your failures and not recognizing any positive attributes. Giving premium hours to only certain coworkers no rotation for regular and holiday times. Not enough pay for food service leaders.

My coworkers are really great to work with. Almost all of them are very kind and always helpful when you have questions.
Management can be rude to employees or customers behind their backs. I kind of feel like they could be talking bad about me or other associates.
End of the year bonus checks are really nice. They are helpful for when I have other bills to pay or just to have the extra money.
Poor leadership does not followup with District Leaders that allow fraternization, favoritism & unhealthy anger displayed by Store Directors 2019-2020

Most coworkers are great to work with.
Being FORCED to wear a mask agaisnt your will.
Bonus check at end of year is the best part.

Work/life balance, can become tedious
I loved the people and friends you make.
I was pushed around a lot. I was expected to form miracles on getting things done. If I missed a couple of things I was screamed at. Plus a few other things that I don't appreciate.
