As President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Roche sets Analog Devices’ strategic vision and oversees operational execution across the business. Since becoming ADI’s president in 2012 and CEO in 2013, Mr. Roche has been instrumental in growing the organization’s market leadership in the high-performance analog sector through a strong customer-centric focus and unyielding commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. Under his leadership, ADI has expanded the breadth of its product portfolio and added new technologies and capabilities to provide more comprehensive solutions to customers’ toughest technical challenges. Mr. Roche is only the third CEO to lead the company since its founding in 1965. Mr. Roche serves on the Board of Directors of Acacia Communications, Inc., a leading developer of high-speed coherent optical interconnect products that transform communications networks through improvements in performance and capacity and a reduction in associated costs. In 2009 Nersesian was named president of Agilent's Electronic Measurement Group. Liam K. Griffin, 53, is president and chief executive officer and a director of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Prior to his appointment as CEO and to the board of directors in May 2016, he had served as president since May 2014. He served as executive vice president and corporate general manager from November 2012 to May 2014, where he was responsible for all of Skyworks' business units. Since joining Skyworks in 2001, Mr. Griffin has also held the positions of executive vice president and general manager of high performance analog and senior vice president of sales and marketing. Before joining Skyworks, he was the vice president of worldwide sales at Vectron International, a division of Dover Corporation, and held product management and process engineering positions at AT&T's Microelectronics and Network Systems' businesses.
