THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS DURING A GIVEN YEAR (JULY-JUNE): (1) TEAMWORKS -- LATM'S SIGNATURE STRENGTH-BASED AFTER-SCHOOL MENTORING PROGRAM, WHICH TAKES PLACE AT 11 L.A. SCHOOLS AND SERVES 1,300 YOUTH WEEKLY OVER A 30-WEEK PROGRAM. (2) LEADERSHIP CAMP -- LATM'S ANNUAL WEEK-LONG SUMMER LEADERSHIP CAMP, WHICH HELPS 150 YOUTH DRAWN FROM TEAMWORKS AND OTHER STUDENTS AT PARTNER SCHOOL TO MAXIMIZE THE HIGH SCHOOL YEARS FOR COLLEGE AND JOB READINESS. (3) GANG REDUCTION & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SERVICES TO 150 YOUTH INVOLVED IN THE LOS ANGELES GRYD PROGRAM. ACROSS ALL ITS PROGRAMS, LATM PROVIDED 100,000 HOURS OF SERVICE TO LA YOUTH.
