L Catterton CEO and leadership

Mr. Hull is the Global Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Hull served as the Director of Revenue in the Cabinet of the Governor of Rhode Island. Prior to his stint in public service, Mr. Hull served in a variety of financial leadership positions including the CFO and COO of Providence Equity Partners, a $40 billion private equity and hedge fund firm, the EVP and CFO of Ally, Inc. (formerly GMAC LLC), and the SVP and CFO of Bank of America's Wealth Management business.

Mr. Hull graduated with a B.A. from the University of Virginia and received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Hull serves on the board of the Jefferson Trust at the University of Virginia.

Sophia is a student Sake Sommelier Association starting in 2017 and is based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. She is a Chief of Staff, Asia at L Catterton. Sophia has worked as AI Investor at MAKERS FUND, Management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and Analyst at Accenture plc. She works or has worked as Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Sophia attended University of Warwick between 2007 and 2010, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2010 and 2012, and Roedean School between 2005 and 2007.

Alain Hortion is based in Paris. Alain joined Groupe Arnault/LVMH and eventually L Real Estate in October 2008. He is serving as the Chief Financial Officer of L Catterton Real Estate. Alain has gained a 24-year experience as a finance professional.

Prior to joining L Real Estate, Alain served successively as CFO - Executive Committee Member for three fast-growing companies located in Europe. In these positions, acting for companies such as AchatPro, EOS Imaging and Ratiopharm, Alain provided guidance through a variety of development stages, including successful industry buy-outs and initial public offerings. Alain began his career working as a management and financial consultant at EY/Andersen before being appointed Managing Director at Mazars, where he advised investment opportunities in Central Europe for large, globally operated companies.

Alain earned an MBA from ESSEC Business School.

Alexandre Heriard-Dubreuil is based in Hong-Kong. Alexandre joined Groupe Arnault/LVMH and eventually L Real Estate in November 2008 and is serving as the Chief Investment Officer of L Catterton Real Estate. Alexandre has over 16 years of real estate investment and management experience globally.

Prior to joining L Real Estate, Alexandre was a Director in the Global Principal Investments group of Merrill Lynch based simultaneously in Paris and London. During his eight years at Merrill Lynch, Alexandre worked on transactions in various roles in Acquisition, Financing and Asset Management.

Alexandre holds a Master's degree (Engineer Diploma) from l'Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP), a leading French civil engineering school.

Mr. Reid is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Mr. Reid spent nearly 5 years as a Director in the Investment Management Advisory practice at KPMG. His practice focused on regulatory compliance and governance, risk and control efforts at a variety of asset management firms, including private equity, hedge, real estate and infrastructure funds, diversified bank affiliated asset managers, mutual fund sponsors, and at a variety of institutional investors. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Reid served in a variety of legal and compliance roles at a fund of hedge funds, the SEC and at a private law firm. Mr. Reid started his career as an analyst in the commercial and investment banking fields.

Mr. Reid earned a BS from the University of Oregon and received his JD from the University of San Francisco.
