TITLE: Warehouse Clerk

SUMMARY: This role plays a key part in the daily operations of a packing house or warehouse. Responsibilities include organizing, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while upholding quality and safety standards. The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, warehouse environment. The schedule requires flexibility, with extended hours and weekend shifts during peak seasons.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pack, label, and prepare products accurately and securely for shipment or distribution
Organize materials and maintain a clean, orderly workspace to support efficient daily operations
Assist with loading and unloading products from trucks or storage areas as needed
Follow established quality control procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards
Perform data entry on the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 for inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment documentation

SUMMARY: This position supports the day-to-day operations of the produce warehouse by coordinating and supervising staff to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling, storage, and shipment of produce. The Team Lead helps maintain compliance with food safety protocols, company procedures, and productivity standards, while actively participating in warehouse tasks and guiding team members to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Warehouse Manager in coordinating daily warehouse activities and workflow
Lead by example and provide direction to warehouse staff on best practices for handling, storing, and shipping fresh produce
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or feedback as needed to support team success
Ensure compliance with all food safety protocols, quality control procedures, and company policies
Conduct inventory checks, verify shipments, and help resolve any discrepancies

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Assist with IRS examinations and appeals, including responses to Information Document Requests, Notices of Proposed Adjustments and preparation of appeals protests
Help prepare penalty abatement requests and relief requests for missed elections
Address collection matters including Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise and Collection Due Process Hearings
Perform tax research and draft tax memoranda on a broad range of federal tax issues.
Contact the IRS Service Center and correspond on various tax account issues
Assist with training programs and thought leadership publications
Mentoring staff
Basic Qualifications:
JD is required
Passed any state bar exam
5+ years Tax Controversy of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
LLM or Masters in Taxation
Judicial clerkship or other government experience and/or accounting background
CPA
7+ Years experience
Strong technical tax research skills
Excellent written, oral communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of the national tax controversy team

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
* Investment Committee Leadership: Chair and oversee the Investment Committee; set agendas, lead deliberations, document decisions, and ensure governance standards are upheld.
* Strategic Investment Direction: Define and evolve the firm's long‑term investment roadmap, ensuring alignment with client needs, market conditions, and firm strategy.
* Portfolio Oversight: Oversee model portfolios and discretionary strategies; ensure consistency with investment philosophy, client objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Research and Selection: Lead due diligence, selection, and monitoring of external managers, ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
* Risk Management: Establish and monitor risk limits, stress testing, and performance attribution processes.
* Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of six investment professionals, including three portfolio managers; recruit and retain top talent. Prior integration and project management experience a plus.
* Client and Advisor Engagement: Present investment strategy and performance to internal advisors and clients; support business development efforts.

Basic Qualifications
