Robert McCormick has been serving as our Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since September 2004, our Executive Vice Presiedent since September 2010 and as our Secretary since May 2005. McCormick served as our Assistant Secretary from September 2004 to May 2005. Prior to joining us, McCormick served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Xymox Technology Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, McCormick served in various capacities in the Newell Rubbermaid Corporation, including President from 2000 to 2001 and Vice President Group Controller from 1997 to 2000. While McCormick served as President, he was responsible for Newell's Mirro / Wearever Cookware, and as Vice President Group Controller, he was responsible for worldwide strategic and financial responsibilities for 12 company divisions with sales of over two billion dollars.

Margie excels at finding great people and leveraging their talents for the overall benefit of the firm, as well as their own career goals. She is an entrepreneur, marketing and business professional with over 20 years of experience in the A/E industry. She believes in hiring great people, providing training and clear direction, and then stepping back and letting their talents shine. Margie takes great pride in her work in the educational architecture field. The dedication of her and her project teams has created safe, healthy, innovative, and inspiring learning environments for millions of students. Her passion has earned her an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as travelling, boating, and reading.
