Under the supervision of the Regional Director, Regulatory Affairs, this role is responsible for supporting the preparation of regulatory 510(k) submissions, Health Canada licenses and assisting international business partners in Latin America, Asia, and Europe with product registrations; preparation of technical files; provide change notifications and registration support to foreign distributors and notified bodies; provide regulatory support to lifecycle management and new product development/new product introduction, Unique Device Identifier GUDID maintenance, on market labeling and submission impact reviews, labeling reviews and adverse event reporting; Yearly Registration of US FDA Establishment License and updates to product listings; Export documentation to support shipping.
Essential Job Functions:
Under supervision, coordinate, compile, and submit regulatory applications to competent authorities, notified bodies, regulatory agencies, and international business partners, including the preparation of key market international documents, including technical files and 510(k)'s.
Work with Director, Regulatory Affairs to ensure rapid and timely approval of new products and continued regulatory support of products marketed within and outside the United States, including labeling guidance and adequate deliverables required for technical file and US FDA requirements
Work to support and ensure regulatory compliance across Canada and LATAM region for a broad product portfolio including medical devices, consumer packaged goods, and cosmetics. This includes creation of US FDA Certificates of Foreign Government, legalization of documents and working with cross functional groups to gather technical data.
Assist with the development of the US, Canadian and LATAM regulatory strategy collaborating with appropriate functional partners and contribute to business strategy.
Support and make recommendations for projects by working closely with Canadian and LATAM functional partners to move projects from discovery to launch.
Under supervision, evaluate proposed product modifications for domestic and international regulatory impact, completing regulatory assessments as needed in change control process.
Ensure compliance with applicable US, Canadian, Brazilian, Colombian, Mexican and Argentinian regulations and standards
Oversee MDR and complaints; submit adverse events to the US FDA and assess impact on other markets.
Prepare necessary outlines, summaries, status reports, memos, graphs, charts, tables, and slides.
Under supervision, prepare responses to health authority questions and other regulatory correspondence.
Ensuring the maintenance of Regulatory related policies and procedures in quality management system.
Update and maintain US FDA Establishment Registration and Listing, Health Canada licenses and the GUDID database for Unique Device Identifiers as products are added and discontinued.
Provide support to inspections/audits by government agencies and the notified body by producing requested documents or answering any inquiries for information.
Review and approve promotional materials and labeling for impact to product classification and 510(k)'s and other licenses impacted.

Education:
BS in Science or Medical / Healthcare related field or higher
Knowledge/Experience:

Authored at least one 510(k) submission in US FDA electronic system. Health Canada licensing experience, highly desirable.

The Magentic Resonance Sales Consultant (MRSC) is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Bayer's magnetic resonance (MR) portfolio, which includes contrast agents, injectors, and related software solutions. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Magentic Resonance portfolio across assigned accounts and territory by effectively positioning and differentiating Bayer solutions from competitor offerings;
+ Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, MR technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees (VACs) to expand Bayer's Magnetic Resonance presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
+ Identify key decision-makers, navigate complex buying processes across health systems and accounts, and understand the full customer dynamic to influence adoption;
+ Partner and proactively communicate with account managers (National Account Managers (NAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Managers (AMs), working accountably to their delivery on activities) and cross-functional colleagues (Service, Clinical, Medical) to integrate MR solutions into strategic accounts;

JOB SCOPE:
The Salon Business Partner (SBP) is responsible for influencing and ensuring the growth and development of the local Stylist and Salon community by supplying the best products, education and innovation the professional beauty industry has to offer. The SBP is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives within their assigned territory by leveraging brand-provided education, sales promotions and professional business development. The SBP will coordinate within our OMNI channels and brand partners on essential education and training events to drive promotional opportunities in salons and stores. Attend prominent industry trade shows and events with clients and prospects for an opportunity to win and deepen customer relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. CONSULTATIVE SALES: Salon Business Development - Leverages our OMNI channel support teams to prospect, procure and develop salon relationships by way of tailored and comprehensive salon business plans for our local Salon Partners. Collaborates with small business owners within an assigned territory to identify and develop a plan of long-term success. To influence existing and win new partnerships through utilizing our industry leading tools and expertise to influence and increase market share.
* Promote and employ our industry leading multi-faceted business strategies and services to develop trusting and profitable long-term partnerships within assigned territory.
* Conduct regular meetings and consultations with salon business owners to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, and provide tailored solutions and support.
* Leverage our OMNI channel approach of in-salon, in-store and ecomm business channels to provide a 360 approach and meet our accounts where they need to be met.
* Collaborate with internal business leaders to develop and execute sales strategies, education initiatives, and promotional activities.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, specifically related to salon business partnerships
* Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the defined geographical territory and all assigned accounts.
2. EDUCATION & TRAINING: Supports salon business success by coordinating and collaborating with our internal brand partners to schedule, promote and fulfill education and promotional events including but not limited to area classes, industry shows and events, virtual work-shops, and in-salon education.
* Partner with salon leadership to develop and execute training and education planning meetings based on the needs and goals of the salon owner and staff.
* Leverage and integrate third-party partners and enhance clients' business acumen resulting in more stable salon operations.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure a competitive edge, particularly in relation to salon business dynamics.
* Coordinate and facilitate training and education sessions and workshops for beauty partners, specifically designed to address the needs and interests of salon business owners.
* Utilize company resources and tools to leverage loyalty programs for salons and stylists.
3. ADMINISTRATION & PLANNING: Manages remote-order entry with company-provided tools as well as other administrative duties as needed. Strong participation in all regional and national sales meetings.

* Effectively manage all administrative aspects of the role in a timely manner to include but not limited to daily order entry and regular maintenance of customer information and activity within our sales reporting systems.
* Responsible for monitoring diversion by continually assessing and monitoring the appropriate amount of product that each customer should be ordered based on their size, client count, and the number of service providers within the salon/spa location.
* Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of beauty partner programs, with a specific focus on small business relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
* High school degree required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
* Minimum of one (1) year demonstrated outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
