* Handle line washout, sanitization, and associated paperwork to include disassembly and assembly of fillers and setting weights.
* Stock lines as necessary
* Assign staff to position on line, explain responsibility associated with each position. Monitor to ensure that all employees assigned to the line are operating safely.
* Document Work Order information (batch numbers, etc.) requiring direct contact with processors.
* Document and track direct labor hours, production reporting, and efficiency.
* Perform quality checks and associated paperwork with limited support from the QA, warehouse and processing departments
* Administer the pocket defect program
* Practice GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices)
* Handle assembly work when required (example: pack bottles into shippers, palletize, place pumps, etc.)
* Train temporary staff in the areas of Safety and Quality. Provide work instruction for temporaries.

Essential Duties
· Generate batch cards into Syspro for use in production.
· Following the completion of production, responsible for the data entry of the completed batch cards into Syspro.
· Maintain production schedule and inventory report up to date through daily communication with the Production Supervisor to capture schedule changes.
· Analyze inventory report vs. production schedule to identify potential inventory shortages and communicate to Production Control Manager.
· Release sales order for shipping and create all shipping documentation including bills of material, packing slips, customs invoices, and hazardous goods shipping manifests.
REQUIRED to maintain any and all Federal, DOT, FAA certifications mandated to ship hazardous goods domestically and/or internationally, including ground, ocean, and air freight.
Schedule required transportation for all shipments.
· Work with the Purchasing/Logistics department to schedule atypical shipments - expedites, trials, etc.
· Upon shipment, compile all sales order and shipping documents into packet for transfer to accounting.

This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to follow through, use of good judgment, and excellent verbal/written communication skills. PURPOSE
Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies an approved Cardiorenal product. You will further drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care Sales Consultant are to:
* Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
