The Production Operator is responsible for supporting efficient manufacturing operations by operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain compliance with HACCP, QMS, Non-GMO Handbook, and SOPs.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you coordinate all duties within your department or area. You focus on improving safety, reducing costs, enhancing quality, and maximizing effectiveness through long-term planning and project implementation. * Facilitate and promote adoption of new technologies and procedures while onsite training occurs;

WHO YOU ARE

**PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES:**
+ Manage all aspects of the sensory program including but not limited to basic and product specific training, test execution, panel assessment and performance feedback.
+ Analyze and interpret sensory data to support final release of product as well as release of raw materials.
+ Develop and deliver both basic and advanced panelists in all functions as needed.
+ Standardization, calibration, and control of sensory panelists.
+ Management of supporting procedures and documentation outlining the sensory program.

**PURPOSE**
The Account Manager (AM) builds and nurtures relationships with segmented regional accounts-typically medium-sized and requiring high control and top-down influence demonstrating long-term account ownership and supporting the growth pipeline by engaging radiology department leaders, imaging managers, and other key stakeholders. Operating under the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model, the AM develops and activates Account Business Plans in partnership with Computed TomographyT/Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultants and other squad members to navigate health systems, ensure customer success, and strengthen Bayer's presence.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Accountable for developing long-term business partnerships with medium size accounts within the region;
+ Oversee contract pricing and standardization, quoting price/discounts, and monitoring regional pricing to ensure alignment with regional and national guidelines and financial objectives;
+ Develop and execute Account Business Plans for medium-size accounts, ensuring robust engagement and cultivating long-term relationships with radiology leaders, while collaborating with imaging managers, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees;
+ Own sales objectives for mid-tier regional accounts, including revenue and gross margin, and contribute to overall regional sales performance;
+ Lead the relationships with Radiology Leaders, Procurement, IT, Imaging Operations, and Value Analysis Committees across strategic parent and child accounts, supporting on-label discussions on Bayer products and orchestrating customers through large-scale group buying processes;
+ Coordinate activation of necessary field team resources to support business expansion in collaboration with enabling functions and squad resources across 3 Centers of Gravity;
+ Leverage analytics, dashboards, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to synthesize insights to inform opportunities and contribute to business reviews;

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for supporting the factory to enable and deliver asset Maintenance according to the Nestlé Strategy (using TPM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle) with a goal of sustainable and long-term low cost of production and high reliability, and not the immediate correction of daily losses.
The Reliability Engineer is also responsible for championing within the factory a "Continuous Improvement and Zero Loss" culture in Maintenance. The position provides support and coaching within the factory in loss elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management (LCAM). Assist in Master plan & Skill development to transition to and sustain a proactive - planned maintenance program.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Lead the factory to reduce technical stoppages in equipment or areas of common occurrence (priority given to areas of highest incidence or impact). Ensure the systematic review of all lines, processes, and utilities that are critical to the business and those where failure can have an unacceptable impact on safety, quality, environment, or compliance with the law.
+ Monitor and report on plant/equipment trends (including predictive tools) to ensure best possible operation and reduction of unplanned downtime.
+ Ensure that downtime records, equipment history, damage code and root cause analyses are completed correctly and analyze this regularly for trends.
+ Update/Optimize Reliability Engineering tools/guidelines and maintenance plans/activities to minimize unplanned downtime and to optimize planned downtime and cost.
+ Utilize external suppliers, experts, other factories, and corporate teams to ensure proper technical solutions are defined and implemented to eliminate root causes.
+ Analyze the factory M&R budget, drive value-added and sustainable improvements with the assistance of the Maintenance Manager and Factory Engineer, as well as Corporate Engineering.
+ Propose and monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the Best Maintenance Practices.
+ Develop capability in, coach, and guide the use on the floor of Maintenance Continuous Improvement Tools such as GSTD, BDA, X-Matrix, AMM, SAM, Tags, etc.
+ Encourage close teamwork between all functions (Engineering, Productions, Quality, etc.)
+ Support implementation and sustainability of TPM-PM Pillar in the factory.
This position requires good communication skills to maintain/improve fixed assets at all levels of Factory management, but also to lead the transformation of the factory culture from reactive/breakdown to proactive/planned maintenance.

We are in search of a highly motivated automation professional to join our regional Aseptic Engineering Team. The right individual is recognized as a subject matter expert in E&A engineering. This role brings a unique opportunity for an accomplished engineer who will bring proven plant floor experience to step into this strategic corporate role with excellent growth prospects. In this role you will demonstrate a deep understanding of specific automation systems and industry wide best practices. You will depend on your proven hands-on E&A experience and a team-oriented mindset to successfully integrate into several multidisciplinary, diverse, and highly competitive team environments. The right individual will maintain focus on the core objective of the Aseptic Engineering team; To act as a leader and a strategic engineering resource for multiple site-specific E&A teams. Build Engineering capability:
Ensures that key E&A personnel managing, operating and maintaining E&A equipment and infrastructure are competent to do so safely and efficiently. Ensures that competency assessment and competency building plans are in place, routinely reviewed and executed in the factories. Help factories to define and create the right E&A team structure to support each of the factories. Coach junior and senior engineers during the onboarding process and set regular development reviews. Deliver technical trainings.
Deliver Process Improvements:
Have a good knowledge of the production processes (Process Mastership) and problem solving methodologies, help the factories to identify and deliver improvement of quality, safety or efficiency while protecting the technological know how and competitive advantage.
Operate and Maintain:
Have a detailed insight on the factories' strategy, KPIs and gaps to support the implementation and execution of maintenance strategy, tools and methodologies at site level. Ensures safe and reliable operation of electrical systems, instrumentation, process and supervisory control, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Drive implementation of digital technologies to deliver assets' reliability.
Manage Risk and Compliance:
Work together with the factories to ensures that all E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety and product quality standards. Ensures that the key E&A documentation is up to date and in place (e.g. electrical drawings, automation documentation and backups, maintenance plans, etc.). Ensure that the Management of Change is in place to appropriately manage modifications involving E&A systems.
Drive Sustainability:
Actively participate on the factories' sustainability objectives, help define priorities, develop and operationalize the strategy to generate energy and water savings. Bring new ideas generated through corporate initiatives or benchmarking. Track and report results coming from any improvement projects, even from the ones that are not specifically related to sustainability.
Manage factory asset portfolio:
Ensures a strategy is in place to anticipates asset end-of-life, obsolescence and replacement requirements, without compromising asset performance and cost competitiveness. Ensures timely stakeholder awareness for capital planning purposes.
Excel in Industrialization:
Directly participates in strategic Capital Investments projects and support or guide other Market projects that involves the E&A area, ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget.
Lead technical expertise:
Provide expert technical guidance and support to the organization. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in the field of electrical and automation engineering, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in manufacturing processes. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations related to electrical and automation engineering projects, initiatives, and performance.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
+ Graduate degree is a plus
+ Professional Engineer license (P.E.) is a plus
+ Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is a plus
+ Minimum 8 years' experience in the field of E&A (Electrical & Automation).
+ Enthusiastic to work in a manufacturing facility in the Food and Beverages industry, or other Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
