Experience & Education Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required. * 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment is required, with a preference for candidates with food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience. * Demonstrated track record of competence in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean, and/or World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies and implementations * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. * Proven success in leading and developing cross-functional teams. * Direct production or maintenance floor experience. * Proven expertise collaborating with factory management and leadership teams. * Experience in project management, loss intelligence, and advanced problem-solving. * Expertise in goal alignment, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Lean implementation. * Strong knowledge of digital tools, including Power BI, MES systems, SAP, and other visualization tools; experience in data analytics is preferred. * Demonstrated leadership in cultural change management, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities and work effectively with all levels of the factory. * Ability to understand and learn new manufacturing processes quickly, identifying challenges and areas for improvement. * Experience in developing line labor standards, budget preparation and review, and conducting line capability/speed studies. * Strong problem-solving capabilities. * Project management skills.
