Production Operator

Key ResponsibilitiesKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operation of computerized weigh heads, Hayssen and TNA packaging machines, and Blueprint automatic case packers.
Observing machines to ensure the correct packaging film, product package weight, price, and code date are set correctly to obtain overall package integrity.
Prepare machines for production start-up, including changing rolls of packaging film and ink tape as necessary.
Cleaning and sanitizing plant and plant equipment including seasoning trays, machines, floors, ovens, etc.
Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods.
Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.

Essential Job Functions
Clean all bathroom and shower surfaces throughout the complex
Report needed repairs as necessary
Replenish supplies such as soap and paper products
Collect and empty trash throughout complex
Sweep and mop floors of all walking areas
Vacuum carpets, steps, and mats
Pick up loose trash on all surfaces of complex
Attend to all spills in a timely manner to maintain safety
Clean spectator seating areas thoroughly
Use variety of chemicals to sanitize surfaces of the complex and machines
Attend to blood or bodily fluid spills when needed
Gather and bail cardboard using bailer
Load and operate trash compactor
Light maintenance duties including toilet and sink adjustments/repairs
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
Valid Driver's License with good driving record
Dependable transportation to and from work
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication

Working Conditions
Work environment: Upbeat, high-energy sports and event complex with heavy foot traffic and frequent large crowds. The team member is occasionally required to work outside where he or she will be subject to environmental conditions.

Job Description
The dressing table operator is expected to dress, plate, inspect, coordinate and expedite all food for the service staff and drive thru operator. Essential (primary) Functions: The primary responsibility of the dressing table operator is to dress, plate, inspect, and coordinate orders to ensure that orders are prepared in a timely fashion (5-8 minutes from receipt). Additionally, they expedite and call orders to other operators. Preparation times, monitoring dressing table temperatures, restocking, sanitizing work station and following, safety, security uniform, and company rules are essential to the successful operation of this position.
