Check each ticket thoroughly noting date, section, seat and row number. Receive and act upon complaints from guest and refer them to your supervisor if unable to satisfy their needs. Know where your supervisor is at all times. Keep aisles clear of people. Politely inform guest where smoking is allowed. Notify your supervisor when spills or accidents occur in your section. When observing a guest with unauthorized contraband, contact your supervisor immediately if your polite request is met with resistance. Other duties may be assigned.
