Incredibly low pay as compared to profits. I am paid $10/hr right now and they are barely doing anything to fix it cuz i was promised a whopping $11/hr.

I think the CEO and leadership teams are best at exploiting the employees, especially when it comes to pay.

I would improve LA Fitness by paying my employees fairer wages instead of greedily keeping it for the few at the top who are not vital for turning the cogs.

I prepared for an interview at LA Fitness by strengthening my mind and body and then by meditating. I followed my intuition and I landed the job.

Comparison to industry average is misleading and distracting. It truly doesn’t matter when your company is a multi-BILLION dollar company.

To be honest it doesn’t feel diverse. Partly because corporations kill diversity; we can see this readily all throughout our country, everyone is more homogenized for capitalizing on mass production.

Educating people about health and fungal infections.

Lots of fitness format trainings available. The best members. Coworkers work as a team together. Beautiful atmosphere. Top notch fitness programs.

None. Best place to work. LA employees are team players.

Being able to teach different formats and at different LA locations, it lets you meet a lot of new people.

Work life balance

Politics... it is coming to the point to get clients you have to suck up to management. They use to evenly distribute the clients

Good entry level experience for manager position

Most of the employees were part time and did not take serious their job.
