What you'll do:
This is a great opportunity for a Therapist to join our dynamic department in our San Tan office. In this position, you will utilize your experience to provide direct clinical service including individual, family, and group therapy for families, youth and adults.
Job responsibilities include facilitation of individual and family counseling, perform clinical liaison duties for assigned clients, ensure quality service delivery, including clinical care and all associated duties, maintain all client records in accordance with agency policies and procedures, including appropriate intake and risk assessments, diagnosis, service planning, progress notes, discharge planning, termination documentation, and inter-agency reports. You will be attending meetings and trainings as requested. This position is a 40 hour work week with evening and weekend hours possible as may be needed to accommodate the schedules of families.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy for the purpose of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and their families, individualizing these services to meet unique needs. Use community resources and referrals, as appropriate, to enhance and expand treatment.
Deliver at least 40 hours of work per week, with a goal of 30 hours of therapy services. Provide case management services to support and augment the therapy, as needed. Productivity standards are established annually, at a minimum. Some evening hours are required.
Work independently and responsibly, and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment and prevention programs.
Produce complete, timely, thorough, quality clinical documentation of all services rendered, both billable and non-billable, as required. The documentation must include sufficient information about the activity being documented and the client's participation in, and response to, the activity.
Ensure quality service delivery, including clinical care and all associated duties. Utilize Best Practice therapeutic approaches whenever possible. Maintain all client records in current status and in accordance with agency policies and procedures, as well as RBHA, state, and federal requirements. Participate in the agency's Quality Management Program, as needed or requested.
Participate actively in regular supervision, accepting feedback and suggestions in a collaborative and strengths-based way.
Interact regularly and constructively with the clinical team, support staff, and administrative staff.
What you'll provide:
Must possess a Master's Degree in behavioral health field.
Licensure through AzBBHE and/or work experience preferred.
Experience working in community behavioral health field specifically individual & family therapy is preferred.
Experience in working with Cenpatico and MMIC.
Experience in any specialized training such as play training is a plus.
Detail orientated and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and self-motivated.
Strong communication skills and team coordination skills.
Available to work evening hours and good time management skills are required.
Must be in possession of valid fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
Must have a valid AZ driver's license, with no infractions for the past 3 years so you will be approved by our insurance carrier for liability insurance.
Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

This is a great opportunity for a Substance Use Therapist to join our agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in substance abuse treatment and experience facilitating groups. This position may require you to work some evenings.
The position will require the individual to provide psychotherapy for the purpose of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and their families, individualizing these services to meet unique needs. The Substance Abuse Therapist will facilitate IOP, SOP, & Aftercare groups, using the agency Substance Abuse Program curriculum, which consists of a comprehensive, structured, step-down group program, and can also include individual and/or family therapy, as needed. The Substance Abuse Therapist will utilize community resources and referrals, as appropriate, to enhance and expand treatment.

The dual role of Rehabilitation and Discharge Specialist covers 50% of the Rehabilitation Specialist role and 50% of the Discharge Planner role. This person will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring rehabilitation-related services for consumers living with a serious mental illness. They will also provide case management and coordination for adults designated Seriously Mentally Ill.
Essential Responsibilities:
Under the Vocational and Rehabilitation Services Interagency Governmental Agreement (IGA), works in partnership with assigned Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor(s), community rehabilitation program providers and others involved in assisting consumer to become involved in or maintain involvement in meaningful community activities or employment.
Collaborate with the Employment/Rehabilitation Services Department to ensure the vocational and rehabilitation services IGA is implemented at the direct service level.
Utilize psychiatric rehabilitation best practices to assess consumers' needs including living, learning, meaningful community activities paid/unpaid, create volunteer opportunities to assist consumers in reaching their desired goals.
Assesses, documents and provides the appropriate level of support and skill needed to assist consumers with pursuing and/or maintaining their living, learning, working and social leisure goals.
Provides continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment through the ongoing assessment of the consumer, input from the consumer and relevant others, resulting in modification to the service plan as necessary.
Work cooperatively with RSA staff, vocational and rehabilitation providers, and other stakeholders to ensure preferred and most effective services are provided to consumers.
Educates team members as the subject matter expert regarding rehabilitation and vocationally-related issues, and provides ongoing technical training and support to the team as requested or indicated, including updates on available community resources, how to utilize the services of RSA VR Counselors and rehabilitation and employment providers.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate documentation is completed for each consumer including treatment plan recommendations, readiness assessments, progress or staffing reports, referrals to VR or providers, coordination sheets, etc. Ensure documentation is filed in appropriate section of charts.
Responsible for completing all required tracking and data collection reports as requested/required by Employment and Rehabilitation Services Department or ICS clinical management.
Educates team members of the importance of vocational/rehabilitation services and meaningful activities. Provides updates/information from quarterly Vocational Rehabilitation meetings to staff.
Assists the treatment team in formulating discharge plans and service planning for all clients in inpatient settings.
Participate in hospital staffing and treatment team meetings to assist in inpatient discharge planning.
Act as point of contact for the RBHA, hospital staff and other agency staff regarding discharge coordination.
May complete residential and housing applications as required for appropriate discharge.
Assist outpatient team in any Court Ordered Paperwork as required for admissions and discharges, including amendments. Work with the Court Coordinator to ensure paperwork is completed accurately and timely.

This is a great opportunity for Child/Family Therapists to join our dynamic department at our Tempe or Glendale, AZ locations. In this position, you will utilize your experience to provide direct clinical service including individual, family, and group therapy for families, youth and adults.
Job responsibilities include: facilitation of individual and family counseling, perform clinical liaison duties for assigned clients, ensure quality service delivery, including clinical care and all associated duties, maintain all client records in accordance with agency policies and procedures, including appropriate intake and risk assessments, diagnosis, service planning, progress notes, discharge planning, termination documentation, and inter-agency reports. Provide therapy to adults and their families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, treating a broad variety of presenting problems.
