Auria is seeking a Systems Analyst / Integrator to provide training, evaluation, and standardization support to U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC). The senior systems analyst/integrator will provide direct support through the 1st Space Brigade to include the 1st, 2nd, and 117th Space Battalions for the Army Space Support Teams (ARSST), Space Control Planning Teams (SCPT), and Space Control Detachments. Support activities are associated with the Domain 3 contract (D3i). Work location is in Colorado Springs, CO.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
The Systems Analyst/Integrator provides relevant technical expertise through daily planning, coordination, training development, evaluation, and technical analysis for established and emerging 1st Space Brigade ARSST/SCPT and space control mission
areas. The trainer will develop computer-based training materials, courses, and provide
formal classroom training or workshops in a classroom or field setting. The trainer will
support developing training objectives, related training documents, and evaluating the ARSST/SCPTs/Space control detachments performance in accomplishing those objectives by serving as an Observer, Controller and Trainer (OCT) during exercises and operational
deployments. Travel includes domestic and international destinations up to 20%.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
* Bachelor's degree and 4 years experience or a Master's degree and 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
* Should have general experience integrating equipment and software for operational, testing, or demonstration purposes and with analyzing systems and technologies related to one or more of the task order designated disciplines.
* Knowledge of space and missile defense systems and military applications of space and missile defense systems and a working knowledge of military and ground operations is required.
* Must have an active DoD TS/SCI
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $62,100 to $86,125

* Support system-level reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR) and readiness assessments.
* Contribute to verification matrices, risk registers, and test reports for customer delivery.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:

Our measured goal is to achieve service availability to run at 99.95%. As a team leader you are expected to model the behaviors of do whatever it takes when the job calls for it. You will grow a culture for CO FNE team and act as a mentorship to 3 subordinate engineers on the FNE team. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments in OSP construction (new fiber constructed passings), OSP Maintenance (fiber or plant break fix), and Field Technicians supporting new installs.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
o Lead, coach, and mentor a team of network engineers to deliver high-quality field network deployment, on-call rotations for 24x7 troubleshooting, break-fix and support services of network and facilities related problems - IP/PON/Ethernet/FWA/TDM/DC Power/Generator/etc.
o Develop and implement strategic plans for network expansions, upgrades, and
lifecycle management to meet the organization's objectives. Including cabinet and facility pro-active maintenance, software and hardware upgrades as necessary.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving innovation in network
design and operational practices. The ideal candidate will be aware of and strive for AI ops tools and capabilities.
o Ensure team is responsive and customer-service oriented to all internal and
external escalations, local leadership, OSP construction, etc.
Engineering Oversight:
o Oversee the implementation and maintenance of PON and Ethernet transport
services for residential and commercial customers.
o Provide subject matter expertise on flow through provisioning between BSS/OSS and access network infrastructure
o Provide guidance in the troubleshooting and resolution of complex IP network
systems and equipment issues, including LAN/WAN systems, routers, servers,
and switches.
Operational Excellence:
o Review and approve work order documentation, including Methods of Procedure
(MOP) for network deployments and upgrades as well as Post Incident Response (PIR) generation and follow through.
o Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of network infrastructure,

Ensure team has all the proper tools to succeed - tooling, training, trucks, and materials to support the job function and remote on-call response when maintaining a network across broad geography (Grand Junction, Bailey, Pueblo, Colorado City, South Park).

o Ensure all network gear is fully ‘operationalized' with appropriate standard
configurations, security and access settings, full telemetry support for network

network inventory updated in appropriate inventory management systems.

o Act as a liaison between engineering teams and executive leadership to

The ideal candidate will work on backend services and integration frameworks using Java, C++, and Python, contributing to secure, scalable, and mission-critical DoD systems. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
* Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services, APIs, and system components using Java, C++, and Python.

Auria is looking to hire a Principal Software Engineer to support the C2BMC program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO. The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a vital part of the Missile Defense System. It provides a key operational platform that allows the U.S. president, the secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and tactical levels to systematically plan missile defense operations, monitor battle progress, and actively manage networked sensors and weapon systems to achieve global and regional mission goals. C2BMC offers layered missile defense capabilities, delivering an optimized response to threats across all ranges and flight phases. It acts as a force multiplier by linking, integrating, and synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations worldwide and locally to improve overall effectiveness. Additionally, C2BMC is a crucial part of all ground and flight tests that verify and demonstrate the missile defense system's current and future capabilities.
As a member of the Regional Applications Agile Release Train (RA ART) of the Missile Defense National Team for Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC), this role will be responsible for collaborating across the ART to implement and maintain a standardized CI/CD pipeline for all Product Teams within the RA ART, covering two development sites. The candidate will need to work closely with the Cyber and Platforms ART to ensure that the tools and applications in the pipeline are maintained and meet security and other requirements. They will also be expected to provide regular updates on the pipeline's status and work to resolve any issues that arise.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
* Experience working within classified environments to implement CI/CD pipelines supporting multiple software releases and build versions
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess the flexibility to adapt in a highly dynamic environment
* Need to collaborate effectively with multiple disciplinary teams, especially Systems Admins, IT, and Security
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
