Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly professional, detail-oriented, and conscientious Front Desk Receptionist at La Jolla Facial Plastic Surgery, located in San Diego, CA. This individual will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional patient experience while supporting the daily operations of the office. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls and online communications, executing clerical tasks, and facilitating patient flow. This role will also involve providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude

Position Summary:
As a senior member of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, this position produces clinical diagnostic radiographic images, CT Scans and/or Mammographic Procedures. Position requires certification in 2 or more of the 3 modalities mentioned. How you will make an impact

How you will make an impact

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Complete month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries, for inventory and product sales
* Establish standard costs performing updates as needed, and calculate cost estimates for new and proposed products
* Perform gross margin analyses, analyze purchase price and manufacturing variances, and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
* Prepare an inventory reserve analysis quarterly and generate corresponding management reports and prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and provide necessary information to support inventory and manufacturing decision-making
* Assist with CMO batch fee budgeting and forecasting for other inventory costs and manufacturing expenses
* Collaborate and partner cross-functionally within the organization and with external service providers, including 3PLs, CMOs, external auditors and legal

5yrs Clinical Manger/ Charge RN experience required in ICU
Current California RN License

How you will make an impact
The Manager, Accounting handles accounting for partner invoicing, fixed assets, cash and investments, R&D, SG&A, and manufacturing contracts outsourced, prepaids, royalties, and leases. They ensure the appropriate accounting treatment is applied, reconciling balance sheet accounts, reviewing journal entries, and assisting with the month-end and quarter-end close.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Train, develop and mentor direct reports in the performance of tasks under areas of responsibility
* Review new vendor set up in accounting software and AP platforms, monthly bank reconciliations, square footage apportionment and monthly allocation entries
* Assist with month-end and quarter end close processes and in preparation of schedules as the need arises for quarterly reviews, annual audit and tax returns
* Account for R&D, SG&A and manufacturing contracts outsourced including interacting with project managers and vendors for monthly expense accruals
* Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations; fixed asset transactions each month, including additions, disposals, depreciation entries and construction in progress; and lease amortization tables and approve lease entries
* Treasury management; review cash and investment entries
* Track and review deferred revenue entries and reconciliation
* Function as system administrator for Blackline (account reconciliation software)
* Support the SOX 404 compliance process, including the updating of narratives for prepaid expenses and fixed assets on an annual basis, and effectively collaborate with SOX consultants and auditors.
* Prepare reports and special projects as assigned
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field with minimum 8 years of general ledger and accounting experience required (an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered)
* 3+ years of management experience preferred
* Demonstrated expertise in GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting and compliance.
* CPA license and "big four" public accounting experience preferred
* Public company and SOX-compliant with previous exposure to multinational companies preferred
* Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology or related industry in a financial capacity highly preferred

Position Summary:
As a senior member of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, this position produces clinical diagnostic radiographic images, CT Scans and/or Mammographic Procedures. Position requires certification in 2 or more of the 3 modalities mentioned. Performs routine diagnostic imaging, CT exams and/or Mammographic procedures according to departmental protocol, policy and procedures and established standards of practice. Operates diagnostic imaging equipment, prepares room, equipment, supplies and medications. Provides leadership to Rad Tech II technologists or other staff as is needed. Provides patient care services using general and specialized imaging modalities under the direction of a physician but not requiring constant technical supervision. Provides diagnostic imaging services to patients of all ages. The Rad Tech III will take a supervisory role where designated or in the absence of supervisory or management staff. Applies ionizing radiation in the performance of a variety of technical procedures for radiological diagnosis. Responsible for patient care safety. Assists physicians in the performance of interventional procedures and the administration of contrast media. Assumes responsibility for designated procedures and equipment. Participates in orientation of Radiology Department staff. Works cooperatively with members of the health care team to maintain standards for professional Diagnostic Imaging Technologist practice in the clinical setting.
