Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or public administration preferred. Knowledge of the San Diego County region and nonprofit community. Demonstrated expertise in foundation operations, finance, and organizational effectiveness. Strong background in impact measurement, evaluation, and/or learning systems. Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills; comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with operational detail. Strong organization and prioritization skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail and initiative-taking.
