ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the unloading and receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring all items are received in good condition. Operate specialized extrusion-processing machinery, including the thermal strip insertion and pour-and-debridge machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, side loaders and require safe handling and occasional manual lifting of aluminum extrusions. Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the inventory control team to resolve discrepancies. Safely transport and store materials in designated warehouse locations using material handling equipment. About the Role The Order Picker plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by accurately picking and building retail orders, safely operating material handling equipment, and ensuring materials are stored, staged, and shipped efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Driving Results: Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders to meet daily production or shipping goals Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging Ensure inventory accuracy through proper labeling, scanning, and documentation Taking Ownership: Proactively identify shortages, damages, or process issues and escalate as needed Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines Making Decisions: Prioritize tasks based on shipping schedules, production needs, and supervisor direction Cultivating Relationships: Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to meet shared goals Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about material needs or issues Instilling Trust: Consistently follow safety protocols and operational procedures Handle materials, equipment, and inventory with care and integrity Customer Focus: Understand how accuracy and timeliness impact internal and external customers Ensure orders are picked correctly and on time to support customer satisfaction What background should you have? 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment with hands-on order picking responsibilities 1+ years of Forklift operating experience Ability to accurately pick, move, and stage materials in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with basic problem-solving skills to identify errors or material issues Clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials (typically up to 50 lbs.) and remain on your feet for extended periods What do we offer? As a Shipping Associate at Cirkul, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing our daily shipments to our Retail Partners. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure that products are dispatched efficiently and accurately, meeting customer demands and requirements. What does an average day look like? Driving Results: Plan, pre-stage, and ship out Retail Orders timely, accurately, and efficiently. Generating BOLs, Packing Slips, and Shipping Labels. Taking Ownership: Ensure that all shipments comply with company standards and regulatory requirements, as well as, all customer-specific requirements. Making Decisions: Make quick and informed decisions to address shipping issues, such as delays, discrepancies or inventory shortages. Cultivating Relationships: Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment on shipping requirements and expectations. Instilling Trust: Demonstrate reliability and integrity in all aspects of shipping operations. Customer Focus: Ensure that shipments meet customer expectations for quality and delivery timeliness. What background should you have? Experience in shipping, logistics or a related field. Forklift operational experience Strong leadership skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills - Google Sheets, TMS systems, Scheduling Freight Strong communication skills. What do we offer?
