What you'll be doing:

The Clinical Director will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned center, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties (amount dependent on number of direct reports). ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in older adult patients.
Takes full accountability for patient care and outcomes and appropriately seeks consultation from specialists when needed, though will still stay involved in, and be responsible for, the detailed care of the patient.
Engages with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital (regardless of whether the hospitalist works for ChenMed or not).
Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.
Leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.
For patients that are unable to come to the office-in hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, engages with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.
Leads Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly, as well as supports Center Manager/Center General Manager center clinical leader and/or market clinical leader is not available, based on guidance from Market Chief Medical Officer. Fills in as needed for center clinical leadership needs, including monitoring daily center census as part of joint center accountability for outcomes.
Plays an active role in the management of their center and helps cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each Clinical Director will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and recruiting and interviewing additional providers for the company.
Managing, mentoring and coaching PCPs in his/her assigned center to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, including sampling other PCP's daily huddles within their center
Leadership rounding with the PCPs (reduced involvement of market clinical leader)
Partnering with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive continued improvement of center financial performance, and helping increase center membership
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other applications used in the company

The Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist will have different areas of responsibility depending on the environment of which they primarily perform their job duties:
Inpatient education staff will be responsible for the provision of diabetes education primarily in the inpatient setting.
Outpatient diabetes education staff will be responsible for the delivery of diabetes education primarily in the outpatient setting. Individual and group education delivered either in-person or via telehealth will be required. Outpatient educator will also be responsible for facilitating Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) sessions.
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists stationed within the adult Endocrinology offices will primarily educate patients within the practice settings. Registered dietitian credential is required for these roles.
Regardless of the primary location of the role, the Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist may be requested to assist at other locations depending on department needs.
Requirements
Education:Associate degree required in health-related profession.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years experience professional practice experience in Diabetes Self-Management Education required. Minimum of 1000 hours in Diabetes Self-Management Education within the past 5 years preferred.
Certification:CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) Required. National Registration as an RD (if dietitian) required.

Duties
During the course of their careers, Uniformed Division Officers carry out assignments in protection. Duties include:
Providing protection for The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, The Main Treasury Building and Annex, and foreign diplomatic missions and embassies in the Washington, D.C. area.
Traveling in support of the Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state/government missions.
Enforcing mandated protective responsibilities as described under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required.
Possess a current valid U.S. driver's license.
Be at least age 20 and less than age 37 at the time you receive a conditional offer of employment, unless you have previous service in a Federal Civilian Law Enforcement position covered by special law enforcement or firefighter retirement provisions, including early or mandatory retirement. Applicants with veteran's preference must receive a conditional offer of employment prior to reaching age 40 to continue in the application process.
Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is also mandatory.
Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular. Possess corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better in each eye.
Hearing loss, as measured by an audiometer, must not exceed 25 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz ranges. Applicants must be able to hear the whispered voice at 15 feet with each ear without the use of a hearing aid.
Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.
Complete 12 weeks of intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA or Artesia, NM and 17 weeks of specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.
Certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so, if you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959.

Position Summary
The Pediatric Cardiovascular Sonographer performs comprehensive echocardiographic exams using all necessary modalities to gather accurate diagnostic information. This role focuses on pediatric transthoracic echocardiography in alignment with department and IAC protocols, including M-mode, 2D imaging, color flow, and Doppler techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct portable, stress, saline bubble, and contrast-enhanced echo studies
Assist with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) procedures
Ensure complete and accurate documentation and billing
Work independently while maintaining strong organization
Support training and orientation of students and trainees
Participate in varied shifts, weekend rotations, holidays, and on-call assignments
(must arrive within 45 minutes when paged)
Maintain a strong patient-centered approach and effective communication
Follow sterile technique, isolation precautions, and safety protocols
Work safely with hazardous materials and medical equipment
Requirements
Education: Graduated from a cardiovascular technology program or diagnostic medical ultrasound program. Extensive experience may substitute training.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiac ultrasound required.
Certification: BLS certification (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required. Registered with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in Echocardiography (RDCS with PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International in Echocardiography RCCS, required. A Pediatric Cardiovascular Sonographer will need to have at least two ARDMS/CCI registry credentials that are currently being utilized at Lee Health or has one ARDMS/CCI registry credential and successfully completes the Advanced Initiative component within 24 months of accepting position. Fetal Echocardiography registry is preferred.

As a local Service Technician, you will play a vital role in installing and repairing propane tanks for our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Safely operate a propane service vehicle with lift gate and boom along provided service routes

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9 $61,111 - $124,443 per year

Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Ability to make rapid, accurate judgments and decisions with respect to the application of the regulations, instructions, and procedures for importing and exporting merchandise to and from the United States; or enforcement and administration of laws relating to the right of persons to enter, reside in or depart from the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree, or two or more years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
Other Requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Customs and Border Protection Officer position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans' Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: You will be required to complete a paid pre-academy orientation for approximately two (2) weeks at your home port. You will then attend a 101-day training program - CBP Field Operations Academy - conducted at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA. This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.
