What You'll Do:
Formulates and implements policies, procedures, and processes that meet the standards and requirements of the organization and various regulatory agencies.
Monitors the patient record filing system and ensures accurate and complete data is collected for all patients. Provides feedback and instruction to staff to ensure accuracy of patient files.
Answers questions from staff and provides guidance and feedback.
Assists in the formulation and management of performance targets for individuals and teams.
Measures performance with key metrics such as number of calls per Call Center Agent, queue time, call abandonment %, dropped calls, and customer service satisfaction levels.
Communicates and serves as a liaison between call center and all clinics scheduling coordinators are serving. Builds relationships with clinic supervisors from all clinics call center is serving.
Updates and maintains scheduling protocols for all clinics the call center is serving.
Creates improvement plans to optimize procedures and staff engagement. Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.
Keeps management informed of issues and problems. Identifies any patterns and creates solutions to mitigate or eliminate them.
Participates in Clinic Leadership meetings and reports results and performance to the Clinic Director.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Management Duties:
Coaches, mentors, and trains direct report staff. Provides continuous performance management and conducts employee performance evaluations. Addresses performance and/or behavior issues, clarifying expectations and providing feedback.
Completes call audits on scheduling coordinators to ensure expectations of scheduling coordinators are being met during the phone interaction with the patient.
Supports staff growth and development. Assesses the educational and experience needs of all levels of staff in collaboration with the individual. Encourages staff to seek educational opportunities incorporating job related training in addition to mandatory training.
Participates in the recruitment and selection of staff. Provides orientation to outline job requirements and expectations, policies and procedures, and proper use of tools and equipment.
Manages AIDET patient communication surveys, compiles and communicates results, and makes any process or procedure changes necessary to improve results. Also manages TSF on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). An associate's Degree is preferred.
Five years of call center, service center, contact center experience or five years of direct customer service experience in a supervisory or lead role. Associate's Degree may substitute 2 years' experience. Bachelor's Degree may substitute 4 years' experience.
Call center experience, preferably in healthcare is preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate at level 9 on the language proficiency scale to receive bilingual differential pay. Knowledge of medical billing and insurance is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. NWCS is an intermodal train yard that specializes in storage, repair and train movement for 20-ft, 40-ft, 45-ft, 48-ft and 53-ft containers and chassis. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Chassis Repair:
Perform required maintenance and repairs on Intermodal chassis/trailers to meet FHWA/FMCSA(Federal Highway Administration) standards.
Typical repairs include preventative maintenance, repairing chassis components, airlines, brake systems, suspensions, wheels, tires, and electrical systems, welding, painting, and fabricating.
May respond to service calls.
Container Repair:
Welding, painting, and grinding responsibilities.
Welding abilities to include MIG, TIG
Cutting abilities to include Plasma Cutter, Cutting Torch
Utilize hand grinder, drill, sanders, Sawzall, hand tools, hammers, sledge hammer, tape measure.
Driving a forklift.
Available to help mechanics in maintenance shop as required.
General cleaning responsibilities.
Equipment safety checks: air compressors, welders, ladders, extension cords, miscellaneous hand tools.
Maintain and track inventory of container parts and supplies.
Assemble, repair, and replace decals on containers.
Ability to effectively communicate and understand needed repairs and/or tasks.
Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
Refrigeration Repair: (Not Required)
Diagnose, maintain, repair, rebuild, and/or replace electronic, electrical refrigeration, and mechanical parts as required.
Determine proper part numbers by consulting service and parts manuals.
Communicate with co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Operate powered industrial equipment when necessary.
Understand safety always takes precedence over operating productivity.
Inspect reefer repair area for safety conditions.
Takes necessary measures to prevent injuries and property damage.
Complies with environmental regulations as it pertains to their area of responsibility and ensures ITSC is in compliance with pertinent environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

What You'll Do:
Informs and educates clients of the WIC program, policies, procedures and objectives.
Educates clients on usage of WIC benefits.
Completes assessment to determine eligibility for program including factors of income, nutrition needs and client category. Completes certification per federal and state guidelines.

Summary:
A Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) delivers direct nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, stability, and effective management of their medical conditions. Essential Work Functions:
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans based on medical needs and physician directives
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care while monitoring patient responses
Provide patient and caregiver education on medication management, disease progression, and self-care techniques
Monitor for changes in patient status, reporting concerns and adjusting care plans as needed

Complete charting and documentation requirements while meeting visit and productivity goals

Ultrasound Technologist

The Ultrasound Technologist primarily performs the technical aspect of diagnostic ultrasound studies. This position receives patients, explains method of procedures, positions patients, selects and sets technical factors, sets up and adjusts accessory equipment required, and set technical parameters necessary for the requested examinations. Individuals in this position will be certified sonographers by the Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (R.DM.S.). Individuals perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures which vary in complexity because of the varied anatomy and the physical and emotional condition of the patient. Sonographers will interface with sophisticated ultrasound and computer equipment used in image acquisition and processing to produce diagnostic quality studies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Determine test procedure according to the purpose of the examination and review prior imaging exams.
Explain procedure to patients and assists patients in the proper positioning for the test.
Select transducer and make equipment adjustments according to the nature of test, depth of field, and other test specifications.
Enter test data and patient information into the computer to become part of the test record.
Conduct actual test procedures. Moves handheld transducer over specified area of the body and while observing on the monitor selectively record images for the patient's permanent record.
Record diagnostic data onto PACS.
Check equipment on a regular basis to ensure proper operation.
Promote and maintain the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism to patients and referring physicians.
Function as a contributing member in a team environment treating co-workers with courtesy, professionalism and respect.
Maintain strictest confidentiality.
Receive and secure the confidence and cooperation of patients during procedures.
Explain procedures and positions patients for desired results.
Transfer patients using proper lifting techniques, requesting lifting assistance as needed.
Perform ultrasound guided needle procedures using sterile technique.
Perform the technical aspect of diagnostic ultrasound to produce optimal diagnostic quality studies for interpretation by a radiologist.
Ensure equipment is in proper working order. Report equipment malfunctions, initiates and coordinates service support.
Maintain paper and electronic patient records.
Independently perform standard examinations. Confer with radiologists to establish requirements for nonstandard examinations.
Maintain inventory of supplies and initiate procedures to replenish stock and to receive stock supplies.
Provide assistance within the ultrasound work unit to facilitate operational efficiency.
Assist facility staff in scheduling patients for examinations in a manner to allow for optimal flexibility of scheduling while maintaining high volume throughput.
Is trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic life support techniques.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exercise initiative, critical thinking and independent judgement.
Proficient in PACS, Digisonics structured reporting system or related software.
Thorough understanding of information technology and information technology systems.
Education and Experience:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in diagnostic ultrasound (required)
Two years' experience as a sonographer is (preferred).
Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer by the RDMS and Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) licensure in the state of Oregon (required).
RVT (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
Standing 6-8 hours/day, walking, stretching, bending and sitting.
Ability to move equipment and transfer patients.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or less.
Ability to move patients weighing over 100 lbs from wheelchair to exam bed.
