Labor Finders is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team full-time This position plays a key role in recruiting and hiring temporary workers to meet our clients' staffing needs while supporting the branch's daily operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the office team. This is a 100% on-site position.
Compensation and Benefits:
Position: Staffing Coordinator
Pay is $18 $20 per hour based on experience.
Workdays: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Specific work schedule will vary depending on branch needs. Branch hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
Temporary Workforce Management: Assist with recruiting, pre-screening, processing, and onboarding temporary workers. Dispatch workers daily to ensure the best skill match for clients and optimal work opportunities for candidates.
Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of clerical duties, including typing, copying, filing, emailing, faxing, preparing reports, answering phones, and maintaining inventory. Assist with timecard processing and payroll.
Customer Service: Manage high-volume phone calls, responding to inquiries from applicants, associates, and clients. Provide exceptional service and maintain professional communication both verbally and in writing.
Multitasking and Deadlines: Handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Branch Support: Follow the direction of the Branch Manager and perform additional duties as required, supporting the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
By effectively balancing recruitment, administrative duties, and customer service, you'll help maintain the operational success of the branch and contribute to the overall growth and satisfaction of both clients and temporary workers.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of office or clerical experience (2+ years of office or customer service experience preferred).
Previous experience in staffing or a similar role is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
Strong phone and email etiquette, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for engaging with people, tackling daily challenges, and problem-solving.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capable of learning other software tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with busy phones.
