    Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This position is primarily focused on the repair, modification, and development of equipment, along with providing assistance with assigned tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise across multiple mechanical disciplines, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities: The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for: Completing assigned daily checklists and ensuring tasks are prioritized. Performing timely completion of work orders and promptly reporting any issues or delays to the Maintenance Manager. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems with equipment to minimize downtime. Assisting with preventive maintenance tasks across the plant as directed. Supporting production teams in meeting operational standards and requirements. Ensuring all equipment is operational and functioning correctly after completing repairs or maintenance. Contributing to continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping and cleaning tools and workspaces daily. Properly disposing of old parts in compliance with disposal and hazardous material regulations. Identifying and recording any quality or process-related problems and initiating corrective actions. Signing out and accounting for all parts removed from inventory for repairs. Adhering to all safety, EEOC, and OSHA policies and procedures. Technical Disciplines Required: The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Electrical Electronics Welding Hydraulics Pneumatics Pipe Fitting Plumbing Carpentry HVAC Machining Qualifications: Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role, with expertise in the listed technical disciplines.
