**What You'll Do as a Hospitality Worker:**

Building Maintenance Operator-Fire Safety and PreventionThe duties of the Building Maintenance Operator include aiding with facility maintenance and upkeep, as well as assisting in routine and preventative maintenance of all facility equipment. The Building Maintenance Operator should have some exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety systems, and general facility maintenance.Responsibilities:
Support Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to promote a safe, sanitary, and hygienically sound workplace.
Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance as necessary.
Develop a high level of knowledge concerning equipment in the facility.
Perform pre-shift inspection of the sweeper, clean the sweeper after every use, and inform the Supervisor if it is not working correctly.
Always drive safely and responsibly.
Operate small balers, shovels, brooms, and pallet jacks to remove waste from the plant floor.
Clean the outside parameters of the facility as requested.
Plumbing as needed.
Basic low-voltage electrical work.
Building desks and basic facilities upkeep.
Assist with inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire safety systems, including sprinklers and alarms.
Apply working knowledge of fire codes and emergency response protocols.
All other facilities maintenance duties as requested.
Other Responsibilities May Include:
Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional materials and supplies.
Maintain a safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge about new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and/or 2+ years of equivalent experience is required.
Must have EPA 608 universal license.
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Must be highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools, as well as HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general construction/carpentry is preferred.
Experience in fire safety, including working with sprinkler systems, fire alarm panels, or a background as a firefighter or volunteer firefighter is highly preferred.
Must be highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness.
Must be able to adapt and thrive in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.
Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company.
Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, climbing, reaching, squatting, kneeling, crawling, seeing, and repetitive motions.

**TIG Header Welder** **We are hiring experienced TIG Welders** to join our team specializing in Box Header welding. We design and manufacture shell and tube heat exchangers and cooling units. Box Header experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have TIG welding with code experience. Structural-only welders will not be considered.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on box headers to code standards
+ Read and interpret blueprints
+ Maintain less than 5% repair rate on X-Ray inspections
+ Handle X-Ray and UT repairs efficiently
+ Assist with fit-ups and team tasks
+ Work safely in a heavy manufacturing environment
**Requirements**
+ Proven TIG welding experience with code
+ Blueprint reading skills
+ Box Header welding experience preferred

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
