The faculty member appointed to this position will provide advising to prospective and current medical laboratory science students, didactic and laboratory education to students enrolled in the medical laboratory science programs. The program faculty member will be responsible for continued curriculum development, and academic expansion of the program. This is a dynamic teaching position providing both lecture and robust student labs in areas of Immunology, Molecular Diagnostics, and Transfusion Medicine. Working with current faculty, you will also engage students outside the classroom in research, community outreach, and professional development. The individual will have strong clinical bench laboratory skills supported by an advanced degree in clinical laboratory medicine, including Immunology. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to actively engage students and prospective students on the Medical Laboratory Science profession.
