Primary function is to administer skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence, as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with the established plan of care. Key Responsibilities
Assist with laboratory operations, audits, compliance checks, and reporting, including sample collection and handling.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Manage and maintain cryogenic storage equipment, including handling and inventorying cryopreserved specimens (sperm, oocytes, embryos).
Coordinate transportation of cryopreserved specimens with third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and process medical record requests.
Act as a primary point of contact between the laboratory, physicians, and nursing teams for lab-related coordination.
Organize and manage laboratory paperwork, supply inventory, and administrative documentation as well as data submission.
Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education: High school degree required. Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related science field preferred.

This individual is responsible for setting up mixing tanks and blending machines for production support of the production lines per instructions from the department supervisor in a manner that is timely and safe in accordance with all quality standards per batch mixing work orders and mixing instructions. This individual will also fill drums with blended product when needed. This individual will work with minimal supervision but also contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities also include safe operation of equipment (mixers, scales, meters, pumps, forklifts, etc.), raw material handling and measuring, communication with material handlers, and sampling of raw materials for the purpose of providing Certificates of Analysis, updated SDS and other documents for the Lab Technician. This position also provides input to the Blending Manager on process improvements within the facility.
