Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for performing comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions under the general supervision of the Sleep Lab Coordinator and/or the Sleep Center Medical Director or designee.
2. Performs routine and intermediate level polysomnograms in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Display pattern recognition abilities which extend to evaluating the normal and abnormal patterns common to each physiologic parameter, as well as assessment of various sleep stages, possible effects from medications, age related changes, and patterns which are specific to the parameter evaluated.
4. Provide accurate, complete, timely documentation for each procedure performed and maintain necessary records.
5. Practices proper care, usage, and maintenance of polysomnography equipment.
6. Provides training and guidance to Pediatric Sleep staff.
7. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.

9. Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.

Interpret customer order testing requirements, recognize and report out of tolerance conditions, and ensure all laboratory testing meets industry and customer specifications to facilitate the metallurgical release of the product through effective use of our business and data systems.
Produce metallurgical certifications for orders after the release of the product is complete. The certification is required prior to shipment and customer receipt of the material. This includes final review of all heat and product testing, interpretation of customer comments and requirements, and utilization of the certification system. The certifications must be complete and accurate.
Participates in activities related to quality systems that are required to maintain appropriate quality control, standards, and records, in accordance with internal and external (ASTM, ASM, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, AS9100, Nadcap, etc.) standards. This includes creating and/or modifying operating standards and training modules, training records, and participating in internal/external audits.
Help coordinate outsource testing of samples when GML requires additional test capacity during periods of increased sample/test volume or when testing requirements are outside of the GML internal capabilities. This includes working directly with test service providers, obtaining quotes and entering Maximo purchase order requests, and arranging shipment and return of samples as needed.

- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), sterile techniques, and radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
- Monitor the catheter insertion site for signs of complications such as infection or clot formation.
• Collaboration with Medical Team:
- Work closely with cardiologists, radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care for patients undergoing catheterization or other cardiac procedures.
- Attend pre-procedure meetings to review patient conditions and provide input on the appropriate procedure.
- Assist in evaluating the results of diagnostic tests, including angiograms, to support the development of treatment plans.
