Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned PHLs, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Conduct weekly check-ins and quarterly site visits; submit follow-up reports in a timely manner. Provide updates on PHL operations, technical needs, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Support grant-related activities, including reporting, technical assistance, and on-site project assessments. Coordinate and track required training sessions for PHL staff; assist with training materials, onboarding, and technology platforms. As EMTs, candidates can expect to be trained in all aspects of medical emergency response by hands-on practical application of medical emergency response methodologies, along with the opportunity to work towards 1200 hours of experience for Paramedic School (California). This is an unpaid Volunteer/Intern position for Active Duty Service members participating in the SkillBridge program prior to completion of military service. Internship is limited to 180 days, however amount of days will be based on unit command approval. Must be available to work 40 hour per week, schedule will be four, 10 hour shifts. Candidates must possess all of the required certs to be considered and must provide their own housing and transportation. The Lab Technician I will prepare samples with accuracy and precision in accordance to SGS' analytical SOPs. The Lab Technician I works independently and as part of a team to meet daily production targets and ensure hold times and turnaround times are met. The Lab Technician I always follows safe laboratory practices and maintains a safe working environment. Job Functions After appropriate training independently prepares samples for analysis according to SGS' analytical SOPs using basic instrumentation specific to the department and analytical methodologies Performs routine operation, maintenance, calibration of prep instruments/equipment May assist with validation and MDL studies. Inputs and maintains technical information as needed to support the laboratory functions/operations. Maintains Laboratory Notebook where applicable. Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma and 0-2 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories or prior experience working with one's hands (Required) Associates Degree in a Chemistry or similar scientific discipline and 1-2 years of years' relevant experience in Analytical Chemistry Laboratories (Preferred) English language skills (Required) Basic mathematical and reasoning skills (Required) Basic computer skills (Required) Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull upwards of 25 lbs on a frequent basis (Required) The hourly rate for this position is $18-20/hour and is eligible for overtime. In addition, your compensation package includes the following benefits: Participation in the Company's benefit programs coincident or following the first of the month in which you are hired.
