The Simulation Lab Assistant is responsible for facilitating the utilization of Simulation Lab resources through preparing, implementing, and taking down simulation experiences. The lab assistant will perform other related functions to support the Health Sciences Division as assigned. This position may require travel between campuses. This is a temporary part-time hourly position, not to exceed 28 hours per week. Minimum Qualifications * Completed High School Diploma or completed GED ($15.50 to $19 per hour) OR completed associate degree with two years of professional level experience similar to the role ($19 to $22.50 per hour) OR completed bachelor degree ($22.60 to $24 per hour). * Ability to lift 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications: * Two or more years of experience working in a simulation center or lab with high/low fidelity mannequins. * Experience with simulation software including SimCapture, Laerdal or CAE products and experience with audio-visual equipment. * Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS). * Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish.
