Job Responsibilities
Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures
Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving
Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care

ASCP or AMT certification is preferred

Laboratory assistant job in Clarksville, TN
The Orthodontic Lab Technician will be responsible for the fabrication of orthodontic appliances, such as retainers, aligners, and other custom dental devices. They will work closely with the orthodontist and other members of the team to ensure the accurate and timely creation of orthodontic appliances at the highest quality.

Essential Job Functions:
Creates molds and impressions of patients' teeth for the fabrication of retainers, aligners and custom dental devices
Operates and maintains lab equipment
Assist with receiving and shipping
Treats patient as an honored guest and provides unforgettable experience
Assist lab technician with additional duties and responsibilities

1-2 years recent experience in dental environment
