Performs phlebotomy in accordance with established National Patient Safety Goals and Baptist Health published protocols. Receives specimens in to the Laboratory Information System LIS accurately and timely, labels, transports, centrifuges, and aliquots specimens. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order. Check all test requisitions or computer label against script to ensure 100% correct.
