Maintain proper documentation in all formats of recordkeeping in a legible manner. Gather, prepare, and analyze in process, incoming and finished products for analytical and microbiological components as required. Gather and analyze environmental samples such as sponges, air, and water. Submit samples to customers and outside testing labs as required. Prepare agar and reagents for lab testing. Evaluate keeping quality samples. Generate COA's based on lab results. Perform plant wide quality audits & inspections to ensure all employees are complying with good manufacturing, safety, food safety and quality assurance practices.
