Prepare test specimens using injection molding equipment.
Evaluate, document, and communicate necessary adjustments to production material that do not meet specifications.
Thoroughly document and place on quality hold any material not meeting specifications, including additional sampling, inspection, or testing as specified.
Perform calibration verification and periodic maintenance on laboratory testing equipment.
Maintain housekeeping in the laboratory and injection molding areas.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in chemistry, laboratory, and quality control procedures.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Duties:
The Care Coordinator will act as an integral member of the ReVIDA Recovery multidisciplinary team by supporting patients in obtaining their individualized goals, by building and strengthening linkages with community resources and family members by deliberately organizing patient care activities and sharing information among all the participants concerned with a patient's care to achieve safer and more effective care. The Care Coordinator will assist individuals in opioid use disorder treatment in developing a service plan, referrals, and linkage, ensuring the patient has access/continuity of care throughout the mental health and primary care system, ensuring each patient has resources to acquire medication, has transportation for appointments, and attends appointments. The Care Coordinator will ensure individuals have access to psychosocial rehabilitation, support, employment, and housing options while encouraging the individual to utilize community/natural supports to assist in managing substance use disorders.
Physical, Emotional Demands, and Work Conditions:
Work is sedentary and ambulant with occasional physical exertion (lifting 30 or more pounds, walking, standing, etc.) ability to support patient weight in case of emergency or disability requiring assistance. Referrals are documented and tracked.

Perform non-phlebotomy-related administrative and clerical support in various areas of the clinic as needed (front desk, exam rooms, Telehealth, etc.).
Provide instruction on patient centered specimen collection (24-hour urine, occult blood testing, semen analysis, etc) and special requirements necessary for laboratory-collected specimens (fasting requirements, special diets, etc.).
Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of phlebotomy and collection of adequate clinical specimens and utilize “age-specific” techniques to obtain specimens from infants and the elderly, if applicable.
