Partner with property management and the Lab Marketing Associate to ensure all vacancies are tour-ready and accurately marketed, including current floor plans, measurements, and collateral. Coordinate seamless on-site tours with brokers and property management, ensuring smooth access and a positive tenant/broker experience, attending tours as needed. Support resolution of any space-related questions or operational issues that may impact leasing. Maintain organized deal files including RFPs and proposals, lease drafts, tenant space plans, improvement budgets, and analyses, CAD files, as-builts, etc. Support internal processes such as routing sublease consents, tracking Letters of Credit and Security Deposits post-execution, and submission of broker commission invoices to accounts payable. Assist with balancing speed of deal execution and compliance with internal workflows for deal approval, including JV partner considerations as applicable Ensure accurate data integrity across internal systems for leases, prospects, and pipeline activity.
