Key Responsibilities: * Accession clinical specimens into the laboratory system * Sort and organize samples, including blood, plasma, urine, and other bodily fluids * Enter patient information accurately into data systems * Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing * Unpack and route specimens to designated staging areas * Identify and label specimens correctly * Pack and ship specimens to appropriate testing facilities * Store excess specimen samples according to protocols Required Skills: * Data entry and accessioning * Labeling and inventory management * Shipping and receiving * Laboratory operations and sample preparation Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required * No prior experience necessary; 1-2 years preferred * Previous medical or production experience is a plus * Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Why Join Us? * Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting * Training provided for all responsibilities * Growth potential within the organization Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
