This includes, but may not be limited to, the analytical procedures utilized, quality control of these procedures, instrument calibration and result reporting. In addition, procedures, controls and maintenance functions must be clearly written, up-to-date, and available and in the prescribed NCCLS format. Logs of all maintenance and repair activities will be kept up-to-date.
