Direct users toward appropriate solution(s) while maintaining a respectful and empowering environment. * Support full-time Machinists with research prototyping and production jobs, implementing strategies and techniques developed via trainings and co-work with other staff. * Cooperate with full-time staff and other student workers to develop and implement shop layout and organizational solutions.
