The opportunity: Assisting in the Lab Ensure that all facilitators and participants have all equipment at each workstation and cleanrooms Wash all equipment and ensure it is ready for the next person to use prior to the course and during the onsite programs Act as the secondary point of contact for resolving laboratory related issues during the onsite programs Responsible for cleaning and taking down of lab post training programs with guidance from the Training Facility Coordinator. Course Process Facilitation and Client Relations Greet attendees and facilitators for onsite programs and training Act as a point of contact for facilitators, addressing inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Workdays will include weekends throughout the year when the lab is hosting trainings and events.
