Keeps complete and accurate records. Acts as a positive contact point for patients and visitors. Keeps appropriate inventory of purchased supplies under direction of the department leader. General Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities Accurately inputs all registration information into EMR. Ensures correct patient identity using two patient identifiers; collects and labels specimens.
