Job Purpose
To support laboratory and production operations by preparing, weighing, processing, and recording material samples accurately and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Weigh and prepare material samples for processing
Record accurate measurements and data in tracking systems
Support grinding, blending, and size reduction activities
Assist with sample inventory management and organization
Maintain clean work areas, equipment, and tools to avoid contamination
Follow safety standards and PPE requirements at all times
Work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
Stand, walk, and lift materials up to 50 pounds during the shift
Education and Work Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic math skills, including measurement and conversions
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift in a production environment
Comfort working in an area with heat, dust, and noise
Comfortable wearing required PPE
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Team oriented, reliable, and safety focused
Compliance Requirements
Employment in this position requires strict adherence to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and compliance with the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program. Candidates must meet all eligibility and compliance requirements to be considered for this role.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
