Responsibilities
Assist with procedures to analyze, diagnose and treat the cardiovascular system.
Prepare patients for procedures. Review medical history, position patient and clean/shave/numb testing sites as appropriate.
Interpret, describe and report test results; recognize recording errors and artifacts and react appropriately.
Monitor patient prior to, during and after procedure and promptly report any abnormal findings in patient's condition.
Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies and lab area.
Ensure equipment is properly functioning. Report potential problems or equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel. Lock/tag out equipment if appropriate.
Assist in maintaining a clean, and orderly department.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Approved Local Exception preferred.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Lead Medical Technologist
Full Time
Shift: 3x12(nights, evenings)
Performs medical laboratory testing and assigned supervisory duties under the direction of laboratory leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process specimens, components, and requisitions, ensuring prioritization and timely handling to meet turnaround time standards.
Verify proper specimen identification and labeling; assess specimens for acceptability before analysis.
Identify and resolve specimen discrepancies, documenting findings for quality assurance purposes.
Assist colleagues during high-volume testing periods to support overall workflow.
(For Blood Bank Roles Only):
Determine the need for specimen collection and complete required documentation for blood component transfusion.
Perform and document processing of blood components according to established protocols.
Provide appropriate platelet and plasma components as needed.
Record special component needs in transfusion service information systems (TSIS).
Confirm recipient and donor information during the issuance of blood components.
Maintain and manage blood component inventory effectively.
Conduct laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures, organizing work for optimal efficiency even in high-pressure situations.
Demonstrate proficiency in technical and instrumental testing procedures.
Identify and address abnormal or unexpected results; repeat tests as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Work independently with minimal supervision and use time effectively when tasks are completed.
Monitor and review specimen logs to ensure all specimens are received.
(For Blood Bank Roles Only):
Perform both patient and component testing following established procedures.
Accurately record test results and relevant comments in TSIS or designated laboratory systems.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
Minimum of one (1) year of laboratory experience performing high complexity testing.
Basic computer skills for data entry and efficient system use.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
Proven organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $42/hr.
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension
Schedule: 4*10s / 5*8s available between Monday - Friday, no weekends
Summary: Seeking an experienced Medical technologist to support one of our facilities while performing a wide range of diagnostic testing and laboratory services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blood Bank and Pediatric laboratory procedures, with experience in Cerner Millennium and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzers.
Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing and analysis in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including Cerner Millennium and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzers.
Conduct Blood Bank testing and support pediatric laboratory procedures.
Record and interpret results accurately, ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to support patient care.
Maintain laboratory safety standards, ensure equipment calibration, and manage inventory.
Support additional laboratory duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3 years of relevant experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical laboratory experience
MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MT(AMT) certification required
Blood Bank and Pediatric specimens experience required
Current AHA BLS certification required
Experience with Cerner Millennium EMR and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzers preferred
Phlebotomy skills preferred, but not required.
Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service)

Responsibilities: • Responsible for greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting a series of registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process. • In compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assists qualified donors in completing the screening process. The screening procedures includes but are not limited to: assessing the self-administered health history, answering basic medical questions associated with the donation process, referring donors to medical staff when appropriate and performing health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature. Performs finger stick to obtain sample to obtain donor's hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Upon completion of the appropriate training, may educate new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma. This includes explaining the screening process, the health screening tests performed, the appointment system, donation fees, center policies, proper nutrition and any other information pertinent to the donor. Ensures that all donor questions are answered timely, accurately and professionally.
• May be involved in registering applicant and transfer donors based upon completion of appropriate training and operational needs of the center.
• May answer the telephone and answer callers question or transfer call to appropriate staff member.
• Maintains alertness and awareness to any reaction by a donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff.
• Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Ensures the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
• Understands the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.
• Maintains clean efficient work environment and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions.
• Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.
• Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations
