Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. The Customer Service Support Representative will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Job Responsibilities
Act a liaison between Labcorp, the customer base and patients
Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
Provide additional customer education and information as needed
Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting Labcorp's products and services
Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role
Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred
Prior healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital highly is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
Excellent multitasking abilities required
Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable

Courier will delivery pharmacy products to our patients working as the third delivery driver. Expected utilization of approximately 1-2 delivery runs per week (2-4 hours) with increased needs when primary and secondary drivers are unavailable and/or surrounding holiday seasons. Our couriers are responsible for accurate and timely delivery of medication and supplies to customers of BCDI's Specialty Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be extremely reliable, and have a very flexible schedule. BCDI Couriers primarily use BCDI vehicles, however, occasionally may be required to use their personal vehicle. Mileage is paid when a personal vehicle is used, per IRS mileage rate guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Safety:
Demonstrates an understanding of emergency procedures, fire drills, evacuation procedures, and internal/external disaster procedures, as outlined in the fire safety policy, knows personal role in the event of a fire while on duty.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of food samples to our laboratory testing facility. The courier will provide exceptional customer services to clients of the company while operating a company vehicle to deliver and pick up test samples at customer sites.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assisting with maintenance of a company facility according to established schedules
Must follow the Company Driving Policy, as well as all applicable state and federal driving laws.
Adhere to proper accident reporting procedures according to company policy
Provide Excellent Customer Service Satisfaction at the point of pick-up
Ensure safe and timely transport of the food products to our laboratory
Responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe manner and to drive defensively to prevent injuries and property damage
Work closely with the laboratory management and staff
Drive vehicles with reasonable prudence to conserve fuel and sustain them at the highest operating efficiency
Present the vehicle for repair, service, or adjustment whenever such is needed, and preventative maintenance when time is due
Perform all activities in a neat, safe, hygienic, and efficient manner
Assisting with managing priorities and schedule such that individual goals as well as team goals are achieved with encouraged participation in the Food Safety Net Services Team
Complete assigned FDA Collections and Photo Report for samples collected from warehouses/freezers
Responsible for the safety of oneself and others working within their area
Responsible for the completion of required training
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or G.E.D
2 years of professional driving experience preferred
Training in general laboratory practices
Will have a current, valid driver's license issued in the State of operation
A driving record with no DUIs or major moving violations or accidents within the past 60 months
Demonstrated professionalism, dependability and initiative in prior work experience

Essential Functions:
Primarily responsible for in-house pickups and deliveries (inside ARUP campus), limited on-road (outside of ARUP Campus) routine route, or short point-to-point deliveries and STAT pickups.
Transport specimens, reports, and supplies per electronic route sheet or as requested, making sure that all shipments either into ARUP or from ARUP are handled correctly.
All routed stops completed within 10 minutes of the target time as recorded in the GML tablet.
STAT pickups should be logged on ARUP STAT tracking slips according to the proper procedure
Learn all aspects of assigned route (on road or in house) and becomes familiar with yellow bag and STAT deliveries.
Complete all paperwork and log all entries as assigned
Responsible for the proper use and care of ARUP company equipment. Report any vehicle, tablet, or other equipment problems to the Dispatcher and Local Courier Supervisor promptly.
Manifest all specimens picked up at local clients or received in shipping containers from out-of-town clients.
When not performing in-house or on-road routing, assist cleaning and organizing box inventory and supplies on the dock.
Clean out specimen courier totes at the end of each shift. Make sure no specimens are left in the courier totes or the vehicle at any time.
Obtain the permission of the Transportation Coordinator, Lead on Duty or the Local Courier Supervisor prior to taking breaks or lunch.
Provide coverage at the direction of the Transportation Coordinator on duty, Courier Lead, or the Local Courier Supervisor.
Meet the Performance Standards for the Courier/Transportation department.
Provide customer service and represent ARUP in a positive and professional manner.
Coordinate any concerns with routing or observed with client pickups to department leadership.
Attend the Transportation Department Bi-monthly Staff Meeting.

+ Perform physical examination and establish medical history to determine donor suitability

**Job Requirements**
+ Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT.
+ Current CPR certification required.

-Work is performed both standing and sitting for up to 2 to 4 hours per day each.
-The position does require bending and twisting of neck up from 1 to 2 hours per day.

-Color perception/discrimination, near vision and far vision correctable in one eye to 20/30 and to 20/100 in the other eye.
-Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
-Works independently and within guidance of oral or written instructions.
-Performs a wide range of tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions.
-Relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Work is performed in a plasma center.
-Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms.
-Exposure to electrical office and laboratory equipment.
-Exposure to extreme cold below 32 degrees F while performing functions in plasma freezers. Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, gloves and cold-gear.

To perform front desk duties in accordance with established policies and procedures of Adirondack Health, as well as regulatory compliance agencies such as HIPAA, HFAP, CMS, and EMTALA. Perform duties including: Telephone and mail correspondence, scheduling of appointments, basic bookkeeping, cashiering, filing, and other clerical duties. Position will expose team members to personal and confidential Member and Staff information. Maintain departmental equipment and supplies.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications/Experience:
A minimum of a bachelors degree in a related field or relevant job specific experience is required. The ability to naturally connect with a wide variety of people. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and enjoy serving others. Works well in a collaborative team environment. Highly organized and efficient. Excellent communication skills, with telephone etiquette, email etiquette, professional appearance and proper speaking skills are needed to maintain good public relations with daily contacts. Candidate must possess computer skills; the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks; experience in a professional office or fitness environment; sale experience/strong sales skills preferred; eagerness and willingness to be involved in the fitness and wellness industry, advance knowledge and learn.
